<h2>Terms of Service</h2>
<p>These terms apply to your use of the TagCharge website and to any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.</p>
<h3>Our products</h3>
<p>We sell rechargeable LIR2032 lithium-ion coin cells and compatible chargers. LIR2032 cells are the same physical size as CR2032 cells (20mm diameter x 3.2mm) but operate at a higher nominal voltage of 3.7V, compared with 3.0V for a single-use CR2032.</p>
<p><strong>It is your responsibility to confirm that your device supports rechargeable coin cells before use.</strong> Some devices are designed only for 3.0V single-use cells and may not operate correctly on a higher voltage. If you are unsure, check your device documentation or contact the device manufacturer.</p>
<h3>Safety</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.</strong> Button and coin batteries are hazardous if swallowed and can cause severe injury or death. If a battery is swallowed, seek immediate medical attention or call the Poisons Information Centre on <strong>13 11 26</strong>.</li>
<li>Never attempt to charge non-rechargeable batteries such as CR2032. Use only a charger designed for LIR2032 rechargeable cells.</li>
<li>Do not crush, pierce, short-circuit, disassemble, heat or incinerate cells.</li>
<li>Do not leave cells charging unattended for extended periods.</li>
<li>Dispose of used cells promptly and safely through an appropriate battery recycling service. Do not place them in household waste.</li>

<h3>No affiliation with device manufacturers</h3>
<p>TagCharge is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any device manufacturer. Any third-party product or brand names are used only to describe device compatibility, and remain the property of their respective owners.</p>
<h3>Pricing and availability</h3>
<p>All prices are in Australian dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, or is unavailable after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.</p>
<h3>Orders</h3>
<p>Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you a confirmation of dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you, where we reasonably need to — for example if we cannot verify your delivery details or the item is out of stock.</p>
<h3>Your consumer rights</h3>
<p>Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees as to acceptable quality and fitness for purpose. See our Refund Policy for how returns and refunds work.</p>
<h3>Liability</h3>
<p>To the extent permitted by law, and subject always to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from use of a product in a device that does not support rechargeable coin cells, or from use contrary to the safety instructions above or the instructions supplied with the product.</p>
<h3>Website content</h3>
<p>We aim to keep product information, specifications and availability accurate, but we do not warrant that all content on this website is free of errors. Specifications are based on manufacturer data and may change.</p>
<h3>Privacy</h3>
<p>We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.</p>
<h3>Governing law</h3>
<p>These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state or territory in which TagCharge operates.</p>
