Where we ship
TagCharge ships anywhere in Australia. We are not currently able to ship outside Australia, because lithium batteries are restricted in international mail.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping — $4.95 flat rate, anywhere in Australia
- Free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more
- Express shipping — $15.00
All prices are in Australian dollars and include shipping as shown at checkout.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once posted, typical delivery times are:
- Standard: 2–7 business days, depending on your location
- Express: 1–3 business days, depending on your location
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carrier and are not guarantees. Deliveries to regional and remote areas can take longer.
Battery transport and safety
Our LIR2032 cells are certified to UN38.3 and IEC 62133-2 and are packed and labelled in accordance with the dangerous goods requirements that apply to their carriage within Australia.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, contact us at fengastro247@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and resolve it with you.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; an additional postage charge may apply.
